At Dharma, we ensure that the product is created with the highest production standards, meeting all industry guidelines. All our products pass a quality check before they are dispatched to you. In case of any returns, please refer to our return and exchange policy below:

Eligible Items:

Dharma will accept returns/exchange for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been damaged or altered
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that have their tags removed or damaged
  • Request for return is not eligibale after seven (7) days post delivery

Requesting a Return:

To request a return, the customer must contact the Brand at and provide their order number, the reason for the return, and whether they would like a refund or exchange. Dharma will provide the customer with instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Brand, unless the return is due to a defect or error by the Brand.


Dharma will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Dharma will issue the refund only in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. However, in the case of COD, Dharma will issue a refund to a valid bank account provided by the customer that matches the name of the customer.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned after seven days
  • If the item is damaged, or not in its original packaging


The Brand will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability, provided that:

  • Products have not been damaged or altered
  • Products have not been used
  • Products have their tags intact
  • Request for exchange is within seven (7) days post delivery
  • Products are returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags in place

The user/customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Dharma, and Dharma will cover the cost of shipping the new product to the customer/user.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Dharma will replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective. The User must contact the Brand within 24 hours of delivery to report any damaged or defective products.

Exclusives/ Limited Editions & Sale:

  • Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
  • In case of defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale or a credit note for the same.
  • Exchange is subject to availability


In the event of a dispute regarding the return of a product, the customer and Dharma agree to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiations, the customer and Dharma agree to submit the dispute to arbitration, in accordance with the laws of India.

The jurisdiction being the courts of New Delhi.

This Return Policy constitutes an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of the online shopping platform provided by Dharma, and the customer agrees to be bound by this Return Policy as well as the terms and conditions.



Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours from placing the order. Any cancellation request post 24 hours of order confirmation will not be held eligible.

Dharma offers a full refund for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Cancellation Fees:

Dharma reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in certain cases. The amount of the fee will be clearly communicated to the customer during the cancellation process.


The cancellation policy may vary for specific products, or promotional offers. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
